In our acquisitions program, we currently focus on expanding our entire asset portfolio across the continental United States. Deals may be structured in a variety of ways to meet sellers’ needs. We particularly have an interest in grocery anchored shopping centers, located on major routes with good traffic counts and in neighborhoods with favorable demographics in both population and household income. Properties with value added opportunities from outparcel and leasing up vacancies also lies in our interest.
